Stuart Horowitz, MBA, RFC, CFP®, is the managing senior partner and co–founder of Andrew Stuart Asset Management (ASAM) Group, Inc.

Specializing in client relations and financial analysis, Stuart has a unique blend of interpersonal skills and strategic planning abilities. He not only oversees all investment decisions and recommendations for the firm but also is dedicated to maintaining the infrastructure that keeps ASAM at the pinnacle of its industry.

A graduate and Trustee Scholar of New York University's Stern School of Business, Stuart completed his graduate work at Hofstra University (MBA).

Stuart and Andy recently published their first book "It's Not So Funny When It's Your Money", available online and in book stores.

On those rare occasions when Stuart is not in the office, you can find him at the local gym, on the golf course, or running around with the lights of his eyes, Matthew and Stephanie. He currently resides in Coral Springs with his wife Ilene and children.

Andrew G. Rosenberg, Esq., CFP®, is a senior partner and co–founder of Andrew Stuart Asset Management Group, Inc.

A nationally recognized expert on 1031 exchanges and prominent financial and estate planning educator, Andrew spearheads our 1031 TIC exchange group and estate-planning department. His sharp communication skills and legal expertise have also enabled him to position himself as a tremendous resource for many key business professionals in the industry. Andrew has had work published in the Sun-Sentinel, and Business Today. As well as been quoted in such publication as Money Magazine and Financial Advisor Magazine.

Andrew is a five star rated Paladin Registry Advisor, he also has been named to "The Heritage Registry of Who's Who."

A graduate from Indiana University School of Business with a bachelor's degree in finance, Andrew earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.

In his free time, Andrew is extensively involved in the local community as treasurer and fundraiser for several local organizations. He also enjoys a challenging game of tennis, swimming, and spending time with his wife Debbie, daughter Ally, and son Jason.

Patricia Henderstein

Patricia Henderstein has been the Chief Operating Officer for ASAM since January 2000.

The heart of our firm, Pat oversees both client service and operational issues. She is the go to person for almost all of our clients. Having over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, 7 spent in the banking world, and 11 in risk management, Pat has played a valuable role in the overall success and growth of ASAM.

She has studied at St. John's University in N. Y., Miami Dade College, and A.I.B College of Business.

During her leisure time, Pat is a volunteer coordinator for children and adult soccer referees. She also enjoys a good book. Married over 25 years to her husband Harvey, together they reside in Weston with their two children Justin and Taylor.

Stacie Walker

Stacie Walker has been the legal assistant at ASAM since September 2002.

A native Floridian, Stacie's prior work experience includes 12 years as a licensed optician and 3 years as an executive manager for Tupperware Corporation. For more than 15 years, Stacie also maintained a professional entertainment career as a singer at many well-known venues in the South Florida area. She is a people person and will almost always be the one who warmly greets you when you visit or call ASAM.

In her spare time, Stacie works as a dance instructor at her children's dance studio and enjoys home improvement projects, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family. She resides in Pembroke Pines with her husband Larry and two young daughters, Kali and Jenna.

Richard Kiesel

Richard Kiesel joined the ASAM team in August 2003 as a financial consultant.

Rick's focus is on portfolio management and oversight of client accounts. His previous employers include Scottrade, Inc. and Morgan Stanley and he currently holds the Series 7, 66, 33, and Insurance Licenses.

A New Jersey native, Rick attended Florida Atlantic University earning a B. A. in Finance and Management.

In his spare time, Rick can be found weight training at the local Gym. While on the weekends, he also enjoys motorcycling, beach volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.

Peter Scaduto

Peter Scaduto joined the firm in September of 2005 and serves as the General Manager. Pete's focus is ensuring that the quality of service that ASAM strives to offer is actually delivered to each and every single client. Pete, among other things, manages the flow of information from the advisory team to the operations team. His passion is perfection and his desire is to continue to enhance the overall ASAM experience.

Pete was born and raised in Long Island, New York. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Pete spent eleven years in Retail Management working for one of the largest retailers in the world. He has managed stores with sales volumes over $100 million annually, and supervised hundreds of employees at any given time.

Pete spends most of his free time with his wife Madeline, his son Nicholas 7, and his daughter Juliana 5. Pete enjoys cars, sports and home improvement, but his favorite activity is coaching his son's little league baseball team. Pete and his family reside in Coral Springs.

Amy Raisman

Amy Raisman joined ASAM in January 2005 as a Senior VP of Investment Services. Amy spearheads one of the two advisory teams at ASAM. Her attention to detail and client relationship skills are second to none.

Amy's career in the financial services industry began in 1993 at Barnett Securities. Amy spent 10 years as an Associate VP, Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.

Amy was born and raised in Rockland County, NY. She attended the University of Miami where she earned her BA in 1991 and made South Florida her permanent home.

Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, daughter, Naomi, and son, Noah. If she had any spare time, she would consider traveling as one of her interests.

Grace Simmons

Grace Simmons joined the firm in June 2005 as the Director of Operations Grace is well versed in all aspects of brokerage operations. She assists the advisory team in the day to day operational needs of our clients.

Prior to joining our team, Grace spent nearly 20 years as a Senior Associate. Her main focus was client service while also assisting the branch manager for the majority of her career.

Grace was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. She moved to the Coral Springs area in 1996.

Grace enjoys the theatre and traveling when time permits.

Tracy Yudell

Tracy Yudell joined ASAM in September 2006. As Director of Practice Growth, Tracy concentrates her efforts on further enhancing ASAM's public image and the overall client experience.

Born and raised in Little Neck, New York, Tracy earned her BS in Business Management from the State University of New York, Oneonta.

Prior to joining the ASAM family, Tracy was Director of Food Services for Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Weston. Her 13 year hospitality background will surely be useful in the client-friendly environment that ASAM strives to maintain.

Tracy moved to Florida in 1998 with her husband David, a child psychologist. Her family has grown to four over the past 8 years with the additions of her daughter Carly and son Alex.

Michelle Pinto joined ASAM as an assistant in September of 2005.

A Caribbean native, Michelle was born on the island of Grenada and grew up in Trinidad. She moved to the United States in 1988 and has been a resident of South Florida for 17 years.

Michelle spends most of her free time with her husband Greg and their 3 daughters, Danielle 16, Jordyn 11 and Kristin 10. She also enjoys movies, reading and traveling.
