Peter Scaduto

Peter Scaduto joined the firm in September of 2005 and serves as the General Manager. Pete's focus is ensuring that the quality of service that ASAM strives to offer is actually delivered to each and every single client. Pete, among other things, manages the flow of information from the advisory team to the operations team. His passion is perfection and his desire is to continue to enhance the overall ASAM experience.

Pete was born and raised in Long Island, New York. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Pete spent eleven years in Retail Management working for one of the largest retailers in the world. He has managed stores with sales volumes over $100 million annually, and supervised hundreds of employees at any given time.

Pete spends most of his free time with his wife Madeline, his son Nicholas 8, and his daughter Juliana 6. Pete enjoys cars, sports and home improvement, but his favorite activity is coaching his son's little league baseball team. Pete and his family reside in Coral Springs.

Patricia Henderstein

Patricia Henderstein has been the Chief Operating Officer for ASAM since January 2000.

The heart of our firm, Pat oversees both client service and operational issues. She is the go to person for almost all of our clients. Having over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, 7 spent in the banking world, and 11 in risk management, Pat has played a valuable role in the overall success and growth of ASAM.

She has studied at St. John's University in N. Y., Miami Dade College, and A.I.B College of Business.

During her leisure time, Pat is a volunteer coordinator for children and adult soccer referees. She also enjoys a good book. Married over 25 years to her husband Harvey, together they reside in Weston with their two children Justin and Taylor.

Grace Simmons

Grace Simmons joined the firm in June 2005 as the Director of Operations Grace is well versed in all aspects of brokerage operations. She assists the advisory team in the day to day operational needs of our clients.

Prior to joining our team, Grace spent nearly 20 years as a Senior Associate. Her main focus was client service while also assisting the branch manager for the majority of her career.

Grace was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. She moved to the Coral Springs area in 1996.

Grace enjoys the theatre and traveling when time permits.

Tracy Yudell

Tracy Yudell joined ASAM in September 2006. As Director of Practice Growth, Tracy concentrates her efforts on further enhancing ASAM's public image and the overall client experience.

Born and raised in Little Neck, New York, Tracy earned her BS in Business Management from the State University of New York, Oneonta.

Prior to joining the ASAM family, Tracy was Director of Food Services for an international contract services company in a health care setting. Her 13 year hospitality background will surely be useful in the client-friendly environment that ASAM strives to maintain.

Tracy moved to Florida in 1998 with her husband David, a child psychologist. Her family has grown to four over the past 8 years with the additions of her daughter Carly and son Alex.

Stacie Walker

Stacie Walker has been the legal assistant at ASAM since September 2002.

A native Floridian, Stacie's prior work experience includes 12 years as a licensed optician and 3 years as an executive manager for Tupperware Corporation. For more than 15 years, Stacie also maintained a professional entertainment career as a singer at many well-known venues in the South Florida area. She is a people person and will almost always be the one who warmly greets you when you visit or call ASAM.

In her spare time, Stacie works as a dance instructor at her children's dance studio and enjoys home improvement projects, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family. She resides in Pembroke Pines with her husband Larry and two young daughters, Kali and Jenna.

Michelle Pinto

Michelle Pinto joined ASAM as an Operations Coordinator in September of 2005.

A Caribbean native, Michelle was born on the island of Grenada and grew up in Trinidad. She moved to the United States in 1988 and has been a resident of South Florida for over 17 years.

Michelle spends most of her free time with her husband Greg and their 3 daughters, Danielle 17, Jordyn 12, and Kristin 11. She also enjoys movies, reading and traveling.

Daniel McDevitt

Daniel McDevitt joined ASAM in January of 2007 as an Administrative Assistant. His new role as Technology Coordinator now encompasses all aspects relating to our firm's technology.

Daniel is a native of South Florida and is currently attending the Art Institute where he is completing a B.S. in Illustration. He is also an accomplished web designer and graphic artist. Much of ASAM's new look, including the current website, can be attributed to the implementation of his ideas.

Most of Daniel's spare time is filled with his artwork, as he is also pursuing a career as a comic book creator. He also enjoys playing roller hockey, a sport that he has competed in on an International level.
